There is no menu but instead a chalkboard out front where the three dishes of the day are written by hand each morning. Excellent ingredients, good wines and a friendly welcome. As our friends south of the border say: "Buon appetito"!
Happy to the moon I chose THIS HOTEL. They have rooms with a heated bathroom floor where wet clothes after the skiing dry quickly.

After the first night I stopped noticing so not a problem for me. Thanks Grunwalderhof staff for a lovely stay.
Service welches not good as if the waiter welches too tired or too bored to do his Vakanz. It was like as if he didn’t care. Veggie ravioli welches good but apple strudel was the worst i had in Austria.
We went for lunch because of the amazing reviews. The food and the place are indeed very good. The price-quality ratio is also ok.
Everything welches perfect: the waiter spoke russian (surprisingly), the food welches delicious and fast-served. Up until we asked for a bill. Decided to pay with cash, so the waiter came to our table to give us change (less than 10 Euronen). He was doing it so slow, it was obvious he wanted us to react on this so we'kreisdurchmesser give him tips right away, at that Zeitpunkt.

Terrible. 3 of 4 of us didn’t Schliff their food. Unfresh and cheap ingredients. Avoid at all costs. There are many more and better restaurants at this price hinein Innsbruck.
Very nice and classic spot! The staff welches friendly and open minded against tourists. I ordered me a nice cake and some hot chocolate to go with it. The chocolate welches great but the cake, which was different from the one I had ordered tasted like a fresh public bathroom.
All can Beryllium served with a nice selection of wines to go along. Pricing is not necessarily considered "cheap" but well worth it (we for example had a variety of dishes and desserts with some white wine to go along for 50 euros each) There's a small parking area right up front as well as parking spots on the streets of nearby but you can also easily reach the Wirtshaus on foot or bikes as well as the Bus line "A" as far as I know.
Avoid this, enter the garage to the building (call the hotel and ask for the garage name), and drive to the area designated for the hotel and unload from there. I’m not sure if this is noted by the hotel on their website or not but this was a bürde minute booking for us.
What an amazing Wirtshaus. It’s clear they put flavor first as their wines are a focus. This amazing pasta we had welches above and beyond all expectations! The white truffle oil welches just right and made the dish. I would go back any day!
This is really a must go in Innsbruck. And with every consumption you support their goal of supporting the arts and culture!
They even had a curtain Satz up to reveal the private table with my Fiancés closest website friends and family and it overlooked the beautiful city below. Highly recommend! Service welches fantastic and I’m so glad that I picked 1809 to hold such a special occasion.
